  • Our products contain natural ingredients; therefore, colors and textures may vary due to different environmental conditions.
  • Store all products at room temperature, in a dry place, and out of direct sunlight.

Ordering Information

  • Our products are only available to licensed healthcare practitioners.
  • Practitioners may place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online, by fax at 608-273-8111 or by calling 800-614-4400. Our customer service representatives are available 8am-5pm CST Monday through Friday.
  • We do not sell directly to patients/clients, however, we can drop-ship to your patients/clients at no extra charge. Please have your patients/clients full name and address including telephone number.
  • Sales Tax will be calculated on orders based on the shipping address. For Sales Tax exemption, please contact Customer Service.

Payment Information

  • Prices are subject to change without notification.
  • Payment Options: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, prepayment by check (no starter checks) or money order, C.O.D. (UPS only), or Net 30 (with approved credit).
  • C.O.D. is only available for orders under $1,500, delivered to your billing address, and you must have ordered with us at least once previously.
  • To qualify for a Net 30 account, please request a credit application from us and submit the completed application to us via fax or mail. Balances over 30 days are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month which is an annual percentage rate of 18%, which purchaser agrees to pay.

Invoice Information

  • For domestic shipments, invoices are mailed separately from the product shipment.
  • For international shipments, we must include the invoice with the product shipment.
  • A packing list is included with every order to ensure order accuracy.

Shipping Information

  • Same Day Shipping applies to: Any UPS or FedEx order received by 3:00 p.m. (Central Time), and USPS received by 10:00 a.m. Next Day Air packages with UPS or FedEx will ship same day until 4:00 p.m. There is no additional fee for this service.
  • Orders received after 3:00 p.m. are not guaranteed to ship on the same day.
  • All USPS orders will ship within one business day. Priority Mail® does not guarantee a delivery date.
  • UPS and FedEx do not ship to P.O Boxes. A valid street address is required.
  • Delivery time is dependent on ZIP code. Please visit www.ups.com, www.fedex.com, www.usps.com for delivery times.
  • Shipping charges will be added to the total.
  • Charge for incorrect addresses: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for return and replacement shipping, if applicable. Any charge incurred from a carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be billed on a separate invoice to the primary account holder.
  • Please note that it is the addressee's responsibility to be available at the time of delivery. The carrier decides whether they will leave a package without a signature.
  • All orders greater than $300 are offered free ground shipping in the continental U.S. only. Orders of $500 or more shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. Virgin Islands may qualify for free shipping. Please call us for more information.
  • All C.O.D. orders must be sent via one of the UPS services and must be paid with check or money order, as UPS no longer accepts cash C.O.D.s.
  • When mailing payment for a prepaid order, please call ahead for shipping charges.
  • For International customers we offer UPS Worldwide Expedited®, UPS Worldwide Saver®, UPS Worldwide Express®, and UPS® Standard (Canada only). For FedEx, we offer FedEx International Economy®, FedEx International Priority®, FedEx International First® and FedEx International Ground® (Canada only). Note: Other countries have differing laws regarding herb and herb materials. You, the purchaser, are solely responsible for products ordered and any associated duties and taxes.

Receipt of Product

  • Patients/Clients: Please contact your practitioner for further instructions.
  • Please take a moment to check your order immediately upon receipt, including every package that fills the order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-614-4400.
  • Shortages: Claims of shortages must be reported to us within five business days after the receipt of the merchandise. If you find an error, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us and we will pay the freight charges to ship the correct products to you and to return any incorrect products to us. However, if the order was shipped according to your specifications and you want to return products (up to 30 days after receipt), you will be responsible for all freight and restocking charges incurred. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-614-4400 for more details.
  • Damaged packages: In order to receive full credit on damaged products, you must report any visible damage to the carrier at the time of delivery. Always note damage when you sign for the package, and request a damage inspection.
  • Late packages: Guaranteed packages that arrive late are the responsibility of the carrier, not Loomis Enzymes.

Return Information

  • Patients/Clients: Please contact your practitioner for further instructions.
  • Please note: All sales on books, written material, and videos/DVDs are final. Literature is not eligible for return.
  • If you wish to return any products, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from Customer Service at 1-800-614-4400. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box to be accepted for return. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our office. RMA's are valid for 15 days from issue date.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • We will not accept products back as a result of overstocking or products that have been sitting on a shelf and are close to expiration.
  • All products returned to us must arrive freight prepaid and will be accepted subject to inspection. If products are accepted for return after 30 days, you will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover the handling and inspection of the products. The bottle(s) must be returned to us in new, unopened condition, free of markings and price tags. Any serious damage or markings will cause the bottle to be discarded and no credit will be given.
  • To minimize damage and maximize credit on your returns, please contact our Customer Service Department for the best way to package the products. Please send your returns via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, or another shipping agent with package tracking capabilities.
